A retailer of CDs, vinyl and physical video games. We buy from US wholesale distributors on normal wholesale terms and sell at retail. This page is here for suppliers reviewing an account application.
Physical media, bought new: CDs, vinyl records, and physical video games. We purchase for our own account and take title to the goods.
Our buying leans away from current chart product. Most of what we order is independent label releases, reissues, deep back catalog, and niche or import titles — the lines that move a handful of units a month each.
We are a small buyer and will not pretend otherwise. Roughly 50 to 150 units a month at present, and growing.
What is worth your attention is the shape of the order, not the size of it. We would rather take one or two units each across fifty titles than fifty units of one title, and we reorder what sells. That makes us an outlet for the part of a price file that is hard to place: older releases, later pressings, catalog with no marketing behind it, titles that have been sitting in a warehouse for a year.
We do the listing work ourselves — catalog number, barcode, format, edition, pressing details. A slow title is only slow until someone makes it findable.
Everything we buy is sold at retail, to end consumers in the United States, under our own seller account on the Amazon US marketplace, and shipped to those buyers through its fulfilment network. That is our only sales channel. We have no webshop of our own and no physical storefront.
We sell within supplier channel and pricing policy. If a title carries a minimum advertised price or a marketplace restriction, tell us before the first order and we will honour it.
ORNOVA buys wholesale and resells at retail. That is the entire model. We are a customer at the end of the distribution chain, not another link in it.
We do not wholesale, distribute, or sell to other resellers. We are not a liquidator. We do not dropship: we never ask a supplier to ship to a consumer, and we take physical possession of everything we buy before any of it is sold.
Deliveries never go to a residential address. Shipments arrive by the usual domestic carriers — USPS, FedEx, UPS, or freight to the warehouse dock. Full ship-to address, receiving hours and labeling requirements are supplied with the account application.
Nothing has to reach Puerto Rico. There is no island delivery to quote and no freight surcharge to work out.
Puerto Rico is part of the United States. A sale to us is a domestic sale in US dollars: no customs paperwork, no export documentation, no commercial invoice, no international carrier. If your ordering system has flagged us as export or international, that flag is wrong, and one phone call will clear it.
We prepay. Orders are paid in full before shipping, in US dollars. We are not requesting credit terms, net terms, or a credit line. If your process calls for a credit check anyway, tell us what you need and we will provide it.
Orders are placed by the owner directly. One contact, one decision maker, no purchasing committee to route an order through.
We are a new company. We would rather you open the account knowing exactly what we are than find out later.
Credit applications, dealer terms, line sheets and price files reach the owner directly at that address. If your application form asks for something this page does not cover — the ship-to details, the certificates themselves, or anything else — ask. You will get the answer from the person who makes the buying decisions.
